Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor is integral to the overall development and success of their workplaces. The Maintenance Supervisor will manage & lead the maintenance staff. This Includes the Technical Support Functions (e.g. Maintenance, Special Projects, etc.). This also includes but not limitedto Current Production, Product Launch, Process Launch, and PM Strategy.


Supervisory Capacity: Direct Reports: 9-10

  • PLC and HMI maintenance & troubleshooting (including Ladder logic); 

  • Perform & diagnose hydraulic leaks and PMs. 

  • Building maintenance- plant lighting, compressors and emergency lighting; Bending conduit and pulling wire. 

  • Installation & set-up of motor contactors and VFDS. 

  • Ensure all employees follow the safety guidelines established by the Company. 

  • Noncompliance to the safety policies will result in disciplinary action and/or termination; Actively intervene to...
