You will be responsible for leading a multi-shift team, overseeing the maintenance of a diverse asset base including heavy mobile equipment, stationary processing systems, and underground hoisting infrastructure while managing budgets, inventory, and strategic projects. This role is a critical position reporting directly to the General Manager, with a mandate to drive safety, efficiency, and operational excellence across the entire site. Responsibilities:
