TSG STAFFING SERVICES is currently recruiting for a MILLWRIGHT FORMAN for an Edmonton area-based opportunity. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

Job Description

• Managing a crew of millwrights and other maintenance personnel while ensuring compliance of all company and legislated safety codes and practices.
• Managing and leading scheduled shutdowns while developing a preventative maintenance culture within the team.
• Responsible for meeting the daily long-term maintenance needs of the operations, such as ensuring timely repair of all mechanical equipment in the designated area, identifying root cause and implementing corrective action on failures for continuous improvement.
• Development of area maintenance systems, procedure development, PM development and condition-based maintenance.
