Job Description
Lead maintenance strategies as a Superintendent at Agnico Eagle’s Upper Beaver Mine in Dobie, Ontario. Ensure project goals are met safely and efficiently while promoting a strong safety culture.
As a Maintenance Superintendent, you will report to the Site General Manager and implement maintenance strategies for both mobile and fixed plant equipment. Collaborate with various teams, monitor key performance indicators, and manage critical spare parts availability. Your role includes developing a three-year maintenance program and preparing budgets aligned with corporate KPIs.
