Job Description
GENERAL FUNCTION
● Perform general skills of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
● Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring or fixtures.
● Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
● Respond to all facility alarms, mechanical electrical, elevator system failures and any other incidents arising in the building.
● Performs any repair and maintenance tasks as assigned by the Facility Engineer.
● Report any facility incident to the Facility Engineer and Hotel Manager for proper guidance.
ROUTINE ROOM AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
● Routine Maintenance shall monitor all building systems, equipment, amenities and fixtures & appliances in accordance with the Daily Routine maintenance checklist provided.
● Respond to all facility alarms, mechanical electrical, elevator system failures and any other incidents arising in the building.
