Job Description
The Gale Hotel South Beach is looking for an experienced and dynamic Maintenance Specialist to join our maintenance team. As an Engineer/Maintenance Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining the general condition of the property with regards to all aspects of basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and painting work. You will complete maintenance request work orders from all departments on a timely basis. You will participate in the preventive maintenance program for all-building equipment and rooms and complete other special projects assigned periodically by the Director of Engineer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform general repairs and services in all maintenance related disciplines, including but not limited to; carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, electrical, finish work, HVAC/refrigeration etc.
Prioritize work orders through urgent requests and established hotel area down times in order to minimize inconveniencing guests....
