Attending day-to-day machine breakdowns of the Press shop, Managing shifts, spares planning performing preventive/predictive maintenance activities.
Education -diploma
Job Responsibilities
- Attending Day to day machine breakdowns of Press shop machines (Press machine, EOT cranes, Conveyor, Blanking line)
- He should be able to fix fault in the above m/cs
- He should be able to manage shift
- Preventive predictive maintenance planning execution
- Spare parts planning,
- Analysis and preparation of various reports like 5W1H, Monthly,etc
- Knowhow of ISO:9001/14000/45001 system.
Competencies / Skills
Functional/Technical:
- Pneumatic circuit systems of Large Transfer press
- Hydraulic circuit systems of Large Transfer press
- Mechanical systems of Press, Blanking line, EOT cranes, Conveyors
