Job Title: Maintenance Shift Supervisor (Press)

Job Role: Attending day-to-day machine breakdowns of the Press shop, Managing shifts, spares planning & performing preventive/predictive maintenance activities Reporting To: Respective section head

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical

Work Experience (Years) in treasury activities: 4 to 9 Years

Job Responsibilities

. Attending Day to day machine breakdowns of Press shop machines (Press machine, EOT cranes, Conveyor, Blanking line)

. He should be able to fix fault in the above m/cs

.He should be able to manage shift

. Preventive & predictive maintenance planning & execution

. Spare parts planning,

. Analysis and preparation of various reports like 5W1H, Monthly,etc

. Knowhow of ISO:9001/14000/45001 system
