Maintenance Shift Manager

Location: Corby - on site


Contract Type: Permanent

The Opportunity


To lead, motivate, manage and develop employees and contractors in order to achieve the required customer service levels, without compromising on Health, Safety, Environment or either personal or corporate legislative accountabilities.


To produce work to the relevant standards and procedures, within defined budgets.


Continuously improving processes and systems to maximise the availability of business assets.


To lead and develop projects for internal customers utilising external contractors as necessary

Responsibilities: 

  • Liaise as required, at all levels across the site and with external contractors / suppliers to help provide our colleagues with the best achievable environment, infrastructure, equipment and support systems...
