General Accountabilities
:- Supervise and be responsible for planning and scheduling work and providing advice and guidance throughout the province to staff engaged in outage plans and work program information into LOB schedules.
- Plan and organize work group activity.
- Schedule and assign work to staff with instructions, direct them on their problem areas and review and evaluate their performance.
- Develop and implement work procedures and systems required.
- Make effective recommendations on human resource matters including interviewing and selection of candidates and handle routine human resource problems.
- Establish performance measures and perform reviews.
