As the Maintenance Scheduler, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and act as a crucial link between management and maintenance teams. Your duties will revolve around effective scheduling, managing requests, and applying the Collective Bargaining Agreement in daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily and weekly schedules for maintenance staff
• Handle vacation requests and coordinate departmental coverage
• Support safety programs and track relevant statistics
• Maintain uniform inventory and handle service provider communications
• Oversee document management and compliance processes
