Maintenance & Property Lead

At BaptistCare, we believe every resident deserves to live in a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment. We are seeking a Maintenance & Property Lead for Glendale Lodge, Elderslie.  Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a hands on role, responsible for delivering preventative and reactive maintenance services, managing contractors and ensuring the site remains compliant, safe and well-presented. You will play a vital role in supporting residents, staff and visitors by maintaining our buildings, grounds, plant and equipment to the highest standard.

This is a 12 month maximum term position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:06pm.

• Performing preventative and reactive maintenance across buildings, grounds, plant and equipment
