Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on International Maintenance Operations Manager to support operational development and lead the expansion of our maintenance operations in Mexico.

This role requires an initial 12-month on-site assignment in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area, where the selected candidate will receive comprehensive training, gain operational experience, and develop a deep understanding of our maintenance processes, standards, and long-term operational needs.
