Position Summary

The Maintenance II role reports to the Supervisor, Operations and is responsible for performing daily routine minor maintenance activities to keep the property and its grounds in exceptional condition and presentable to tenants and the public.

Responsibilities

Building inspections, building maintenance, exterior maintenance, tenant requests, and other job related duties.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Building Inspections

Assists with routine inspections and preventive maintenance of non‑vital building systems, roof maintenance, drain and leak inspections, logs of general, life and safety systems, and preventive maintenance of site vehicles and other motorized equipment.
