Job Duties
- Develops and maintains the department’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), reviews and adjusts maintenance schedules as required by building system maintenance requirements, budget constraints, and available resources; ensures scheduled reviews are consistent with good engineering and safety practices.
