Maintenance Planning Coordinator (Technical Administrator)
We are looking for a Maintenance Planning Coordinator to support the planning, preparation, and coordination of maintenance activities in a highly regulated industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate construction and technical documentation into preventive maintenance plans.
- Coordinate maintenance activities by ensuring the availability of materials, equipment, permits, and work instructions.
- Prepare and manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of maintenance work.
- Create and maintain asset structures, Bills of Materials (BOM), and preventive maintenance data within the maintenance management system.
