Maintenance Planner, 4-stroke Marine

Wärtsilä Performance Services Marine is looking for a Maintenance Planner to plan and coordinate maintenance activities for global marine agreements. The role is based in Vaasa, Finland, with occasional travel (~5%).

Responsibilities

• Preparing maintenance plans for assigned contracts.
• Planning and coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and overhauls.
• Planning required resources and competences for field work execution.
• Collaborating with Contract Managers, customers, external providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Following up on executed and postponed maintenance tasks and driving improvements.
• Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets for annual contract planning.
• Supporting development of maintenance planning tools and processes.
• Performing swing‑set planning.
