You will plan, schedule, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies aligned with plant objectives, while promoting safety, quality, and cost efficiency. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives using DMAIC and root cause analysis to enhance reliability, productivity, and operational performance.
