Maintenance Planner

Join our team as a Maintenance Planner . In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the technical team to ensure the effective execution of maintenance activities. You will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies aligned with plant objectives, while promoting safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

You will actively drive continuous improvement initiatives through structured methodologies such as DMAIC and root cause analysis, contributing to improved reliability, productivity, and operational performance. This role is located in our Toluca Plant
