Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation of plant equipment and facilities. The role aims to minimize unplanned downtime, optimize maintenance resources, and support safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant operations through effective maintenance planning and coordination with all department teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the machinery used in processing plant is in the best possible working condition.
• Work order management and costing.
• Work order presentation weekly and monthly reports.
• Implement Q.R code for all maintenance activities even office, warehouse, logistics & Makati office..
• Understand the job well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, estimate labor hours, tools,
and resources needed to complete different work orders.
