Plan the work that keeps our plant running. As our Maintenance Planner, you'll own the planning and scheduling of all maintenance across site – electrical, mechanical and contractor work – from weekly plans through to major shutdowns, keeping our clinker kilns, mills and cement processing facilities operating safely and efficiently. This isn't about managing lists – you'll build robust plans, solve real challenges, collaborate with high-performing teams, and see the direct impact of your work on plant performance and safety. Your Opportunity

  • Drive maintenance planning and scheduling across electrical, mechanical and contractor work to ensure equipment is inspected and maintained to specification, supporting budgeted plant performance and key assets like Mills and rotary Kilns.
