Maintenance Planner - Days

Key Purpose

To ensure the effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance activities across the manufacturing site, supporting the Engineering Manager in optimizing asset reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for plant equipment and facilities.
• Plan and coordinate corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of equipment failures.
• Ensure alignment with production requirements and schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and HSE teams to prioritize maintenance tasks in line with operational and safety requirements.
• Manage work orders, spare parts, and resource allocation through the CMMS.
