Maintenance Person

Position Summary

The Maintenance Person is responsible for ensuring the safe, functional, and well‑maintained operation of buildings, equipment, and grounds at Poundmaker’s Lodge Treatment Centres. This position performs routine maintenance, minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and supports facility upkeep to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors.

The Maintenance Person works closely with management and program staff to ensure facilities support the Lodge’s healing environment and operational needs.

Facility Maintenance

• Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems.
• Complete general repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, and minor electrical work.
