The Opportunity

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Person is responsible for carrying out material and equipment installations, renovations, repairs, and servicing in the following areas - carpentry, plumbing, heating, basic electrical, painting, ventilation, on properties, under the jurisdiction of NSPHA.

Qualifications

Must Have

  • Grade 12 plus five years of experience in building and property maintenance or a related field is required. Must be able to perform standard tasks in carpentry, plumbing, heating, painting and drywall.
  • Knowledge of residential building technology, basic knowledge of National Building Code and Occupational Health and Safety Act. <...
