Position Overview

This is an entry‑level role suitable for individuals who are handy, eager to learn, and enjoy working with their hands. On‑the‑job training will be provided.

Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience or completion of relevant certifications.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.

  • Perform drywall repairs and caulking.
  • Basic plumbing and heating unit maintenance.
  • Seasonal outdoor landscaping and ground maintenance.
