Maintenance Operator

We are looking for a practical, reliable Fabric Technician to support the delivery of high‑quality facilities maintenance services within a prestigious corporate environment in Chertsey. You will be part of a multi‑skilled on‑site engineering team, contributing to the consistent presentation and upkeep of an occupied office environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general building fabric maintenance works across the site
• Complete planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks in line with schedules
• Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance issues efficiently
• Undertake carpentry, painting and decorating, and minor repair works
• Work safely in accordance with health and safety requirements
• Support engineers, supervisors, and specialist contractors as required
• Maintain a professional approach within an occupied corporate environment
