Job Title:

​CMMS Adoption Expert​



This role involves leading the effective use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) across all operational offshore wind projects.


The CMMS System Adoption Expert will be responsible for ensuring that maintenance processes are standardized, users are properly trained and supported, and that system utilization is maximized.


Key Responsibilities:



  • • Drive increased and consistent use of the CMMS across operating projects.

  • • Act as the main point of contact for CMMS users (site teams, planners, supervisors, engineers).

  • • Provide day-to-day functional guidance on correct system usage.

  • • Promote best practices in work order management, planning, reporting, and data entry.
