Job Description

Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities is establishing a Maintenance Operations Centre in Christchurch and is seeking a MOC Coordinator to keep work flowing smoothly by coordinating maintenance requests and administrative workflows.

Based on-site, you will work across teams and with contractors to validate, allocate requests, and resolve escalations while contributing to reporting and dashboards that improve throughput and quality of service.
