Maintenance Officer

The Opportunity 

Albany Creek Retirement Living is a well-established retirement community based in Brisbane’s North spread across 11 hectares of landscaped grounds. Our onsite facilities such as swimming pools and tennis courts provide a rich range activities for residents to enjoy each day. As a Maintenance Officer, you will play an important role within the community ensuring homes and shared spaces are safe, functional and well presented. You’ll manage a range of reactive and preventative maintenance tasks, from repairs to general handyperson work, while engaging positively with residents. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a trade background or strong domestic maintenance experience, who is friendly, proactive, and passionate about helping others.

This is a Fixed Term Full Time Role working until February 2027, with possibility for extension. Weekly hours are (Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm)
