Diesel Service Technician – Dorchester, ON

Responsibilities

  • Inspecting, diagnosing and repairing tractor‑trailers; braking systems, transmissions, wheels, axles, etc.
  • Utilizing diagnostics equipment to isolate operating problems and repair faults.
  • Performing regular fleet maintenance on company trucks.
  • Keeping the shop clean.

Qualifications

  • Valid 310T License / or Registered Apprentice.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines and experience with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Professional service attitude.
  • Must own tools.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Safety conscious, ability to work in a safety‑driven environment.
