It supports teamwork, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement on the production floor. You’ll respond with urgency when issues arise, lead preventative maintenance efforts, and continuously look for better ways to improve safety, quality, and productivity across the plant.

What You’ll Be Accountable For

• Technical Support: Act as a subject‑matter resource to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues across production and facilities.
• Production Response: Provide timely, hands‑on support when equipment downtime or failures occur.
