**Job Description**
The Maintenance Mechanic supports a high-speed manufacturing facility by maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting production and packaging equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role works on either 1st or 2nd shift in a union environment and focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, adherence to GMP standards, and continuous improvement of equipment performance.

+ Operate, monitor, and perform minor troubleshooting on production and packaging equipment to achieve optimum performance.
+ Diagnose and resolve technical problems on mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
