Maintenance Packaging Mechanic

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain pulley systems, hydraulics, and baggers.
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems including rollers, belts, wipers, chains , sprockets and shafts.
• Troubleshooting plumbing systems and ensuring compliance with all trade practices and plumbing codes. Assemble, install and repair pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems. Welding and brazing as needed.
• Troubleshoot motor controls.
• Test electrical equipment for performance levels and safety concerns. Install safety systems including emergency stops. Layout, install, splice and connect wire systems. Repair and replace fixtures control equipment and wiring. Wire 3 phase motors to the high/low voltage side.
