Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive, professional customer service to all tenants to build positive tenant relations and communications.
  • Prepare units for new tenants, including assembling furniture, hanging washroom fixtures, and ensuring all furnishings are installed and operational.
  • Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies.
  • Keep properties healthy, habitable, presentable, and operational.
  • Maintain a high level of maintenance and repair standards and follow up.
  • Ensure no water damage.
  • Conduct a regular cadence of property visits to prevent break‑ins, illegal tenancy, or vandalism.
  • Determine what is needed for the properties to withstand environmental changes.
  • Maintain records of repairs and invoices.
  • Negotiate service contracts when necessary.
