Develop and implement a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and predictive maintenance strategy across all process areas. Own and manage maintenance KPIs (uptime, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, OEE support). Drive a proactive maintenance culture, reducing reactive breakdowns and unplanned stoppages.
