Maintenance Manager

HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our Maintenance Team as Manager, Maintenance Department II.

Summary As a key member of the plant leadership team, the Mgr, Maintenance Department II is responsible for the improvement and performance of equipment assets (stationary and mobile), controlling maintenance labor and material costs to achieve plant performance goals and the optimization of maintenance excellence strategies including Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PDM).

This position is accountable for leading, motivating and developing HarbisonWalker International maintenance department employees and directing/coordinating maintenance capital expenditure project contractors to minimize waste and create standards to achieve quality and production results.
