**Job Description:**
Manages the installation, repair, upkeep and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and preventive maintenance for all buildings & grounds, facilities, equipment and fire suppression systems for the Distribution Center. May also supervise DC housekeeping or provide maintenance services for retail facilities.
**Essential Job Functions:**
+ Directs and oversees maintenance and housekeeping staff in performance of site duties. Supervises the daily activities of personnel, schedules and assigns work, checks for completion and quality of work, and aids associates in achieving company and personal goals.
+ Ensures all warehouse equipment is properly serviced and maintained for a highly automated and technical facility by performing preventative maintenance to include, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic assessment/repair and provide direction to the Automated Systems Technician.
