Maintenance Manager - FM Service Provider - Residential Portfolio - London/Essex - Up to £70,000
Exciting opportunity to work for a privately owned FM Service Provider. CBW is currently recruiting a Maintenance Manager to be responsible for the development and ongoing performance of a luxury / high-end residential apartment portfolio in and around Mayfair, Hammersmith, Green Park, Kensington & Essex.

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm

Key duties & Responsibilities
- To manage and monitor workload and report to Senior Management with action plan on any outstanding audit actions across your portfolio.
- To carry out regular Internal Self-Audits/H&S inspections across your portfolio’s and to follow up on any audit actions until closed.
