Job Description
Maintenance Manager, reporting to the Catering Manager, is responsible for the supervision and leadership of all maintenance operations, development and direction of the team to drive growth, technical productivity, quality assurance and to promote a high level of customer satisfaction, in accordance with company beliefs, policies, procedures, objectives and applicable legislation. The Maintenance Manager’s responsibilities include accurate parts control, sourcing and costing, and supervision of staff, resources and inventories for the department.
