Job Description

- Develop and manage annual maintenance budgets, focusing on overhaul work and machinery repairs.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize machine efficiency and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Provide expert guidance on maintenance solutions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and select external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, including Production, Quality, and Safety, to align maintenance strategies with business objectives.
- Approve repair work, manage contracts for maintenance services, and oversee spare parts procurement.
- Analyze and improve department KPI performance to meet operational goals and enhance reliability.
