Maintenance Manager

One of our manufacturing clients is looking for a Maintenance Manager in Pickering, ON for their packaging facility.

Pay

$130-$150k

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team (mechanics, electricians, technicians)
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and production efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
• Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and reliability initiatives
