Roles and Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance of the all the machine of Plant Breakdown of Press shop, Weld shop, Pipe shop and Robot Maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic and Hydraulic Press Pro-active approach for press machine issue identification & rectification Thoroughly knowledge for press critical spare part maintain Cost reduction through TPM activity implementation Sound knowledge for Press operation & pipe bending operation Documents for the Legal Compliance of maintenance Department Good Knowledge of the operations/maintenance process of plant/equipment/utilities-electrical, electronic, civil, mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic etc. Good Knowledge of maintenance systems to improve machine uptime (preventive/predictive) and spares.
