Maintenance Manager

Requirements

1. Heavy equipment skills such as conveyors, bucket elevators, pumps (Warmin), roller mills, motor bearings, screens, screw conveyors and effectively leading a team to perform quality repairs.
2. Must have relevant industry skills, cement plant or similar heavy industry (gold, copper, nickel) and understand what good maintenance looks like and track record of actually doing it – able to ensure PM’s/condition monitoring are being done and that the fitters are doing work to suitable quality level etc when completing PMS or repairs.
