Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
+ ScheduleandmanagepreventivemaintenanceactivitiesforallplantFacilitiesequipment.
+ Supportmaintenanceoftheentirefacility,includingutilitiesmanagement,HVACsystems,fireprotectionsystems,andrelatedinfrastructure.
+ Diagnose,troubleshoot,replace,repair,test,andadjustelectrical,electronic,mechanical,hydraulic,andpneumaticmachineryandequipment.
+ Establishandmaintainpreventivemaintenanceprogramsforequipmentandfacilitysystems.
+ Procuresparepartsandservices,includingcontractorselection,administration,andmanagement,tosupportmaintenanceactivitiesandprojects.
+ Maintainsparepartsinventoryandrepair/calibrationrecordsforallequipment.
+ Planandmanagegeneralmaintenanceactivitiesandspecialprojects.
+ Lead,coordinate,andschedulethedailyresponsibilitiesofthemaintenanceteam.
+ Supportfacilitysafetyprogramsandenvironmentalcomplianceinitiatives.
+ Identifyopportunitiesandassistinupgradingexistingequipmenttomoreefficientandproductivealternatives.
+ ScheduleandmanagepreventivemaintenanceactivitiesforallplantFacilitiesequipment.
