Job Summary
Our Client, an established Canadian manufacturer in the industrial sector is seeking a Maintenance Manager whowould beresponsible for leading the site’s maintenance operations, overseeing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with GMP/AIB, Health & Safety, and company standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining plant reliability, safety, and operational efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Leadership & Oversight
- Manage all aspects of facility and equipment maintenance, including HVAC, compressors, boilers, electrical systems, and building infrastructure.
