This role analyzes maintenance needs, prioritizes work, and directs a team of maintenance professionals to minimize downtime and maximize plant productivity. The Maintenance Manager oversees preventive maintenance programs, evaluates and improves maintenance processes, and manages maintenance-related purchasing and budgeting while ensuring a safe working environment.
