Job :

As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the proper functioning of the plant's equipment, materials, and infrastructure, while respecting production, quality, and safety requirements. Your missions will include:





Planning and Management





  • Develop and set up preventive and corrective maintenance schedules using CMMS, taking into account priorities, production constraints, and costs.

  • Update priorities based on production reports and follow the associated action plan.

  • React quickly in case of breakdowns and ensure effective problem-solving.



    • Monitoring and Continuous Improvement





  • Monitor interventions carried out and propose improvement actions.

  • Evaluate maintenance performance (availability, completion rate, effectiveness of actions) and implement corrective plans.
