The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the maintenance activities of the industrial plant (productive and non-productive processes, buildings, services, etc.), ensuring the availability, reliability, and safety of equipment, facilities, and production systems. Management is focused on guaranteeing operational continuity and meeting production, quality, safety, and cost objectives through the implementation of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies, the efficient use of resources, the development of the technical team, and continuous improvement of the area’s processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in the maintenance area within the manufacturing industry
• 5 years of experience in a similar position
