Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and overseeing all plant maintenance activities to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of manufacturing operations. This role ensures optimal equipment performance, minimizes downtime, and supports continuous improvement initiatives aligned with automotive industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment and facilities.

- Ensure high equipment availability and reliability to support production targets and customer requirements.
