Maintenance & Facilities Manager – Automotive Manufacturing

Base Salary: $120,000–$140,000

Position Overview

The Maintenance & Facilities Manager leads all maintenance, facilities, and reliability functions for a high‑volume automotive manufacturing plant in Kitchener ON area . This hands‑on leader oversees a team of 25–30 skilled trades, ensuring safe, effective, and uninterrupted plant operations

The ideal candidate comes from the tools — Millwright, Tool & Die Maker, Electrician, Automation Technician, or similar — with strong technical depth in preventive maintenance, automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, CNC, and PLC‑based systems
